How We Help
We will match you with a compatible Support Worker who will work alongside your palliative care team, supporting their plan of care, including:
- Non-medical comfort measures
- Assisting with personal care tasks like dressing, bathing and daily hygiene
- Assisting with personal care tasks like dressing, bathing and daily hygiene
- Providing respite and assistance to your family carers as needed
- Assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping and running errands
- Offering companionship and helping to reduce feelings of loneliness, stress or anxiety
