Government Funded and Private In-Home Care Services

Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care
We take a unique approach to Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care with our Senior Gems® program. The different stages of dementia require different approaches to care, and at Senior Helpers, we’re here to support you and your family with appropriate and compatible care.
Parkinson’s Care
Our Senior Helpers Parkinson’s Care program is the first of its kind in the home care industry. It’s designed to provide our Support Workers with the expertise and understanding they need to create personalised care for clients living with Parkinson’s Disease.
Disability Support
Our Support Workers have specialised training in a number of conditions that affect the physical capacity of adults. We deliver Disability Support with a person-centered approach, and take the time to understand your needs in order to provide professional, considerate support.
Multiple Sclerosis Support
Multiple Sclerosis affects different people in different ways, and our Support Workers are experienced in following a tailored care plan for you and your family. From help with daily living tasks, to creating a comfortable, safe home environment, we’re here to help.
Personal Care
Injuries, arthritis, or simply the changes of ageing can make tasks difficult to complete. Senior Helpers provides sensitive, confidential care in a way that respects your dignity and wellbeing, while helping you remain happy and safe in your own home.
Companion Care
Companion Care is ideal for when you need an extra hand with household chores like vacuuming, laundry, running errands, pet care, transport and more. We’re here to accompany you to events, participate in games, or even help out with your hobbies.
Chronic Disease Care
If you are one of the millions of Australians with a chronic disease like Arthritis, Diabetes, Heart Disease or Hypertension, we can create a custom in-home support plan for you. We’ll work with you and your family to help you manage your daily symptoms and challenges.
Respite Care
It’s important for carers to take the time to rest and rejuvenate, so they can continue providing valuable support. Senior Helpers can help with both subsidised and non-subsidised Respite Care services. We’re here to support you when you need a break or relief.
Surgery Assistance
If you need day surgery, our Senior Helpers Support Workers can support you throughout the process. From travel to the hospital, support during your stay, and help getting settled back at home, you don’t need to go through this alone.
Transition Care
When you return home following major surgery or illness, the journey to recovery doesn’t end there. We can help you make a recovery plan, and support you in readjusting to your daily routines at home.
End of Life Care
As part of the full continuum of life care, we’re here to support you from recovery and reablement through to support and comfort. Our specialist Support Workers can provide you and your family with personal and emotional support during this challenging time.
