How we guide you through the process

Senior Helpers Wollongong can guide clients and families through our home care services over the phone and through a no obligation in home assessment. During an in home assessment one of our trained staff will come to your home to discuss the type of services you may like, provide detailed information on our services and create a care plan that meets your needs and budget. It may cost less than you think. Family members are welcome to be present for the home assessment.

Our Staff

Our Support workers bring with them many personal and professional attributes that contribute in making them stand out in developing relationships built on respect and trust. They are effective communicators with a positive ‘can do attitude' and are aware of people's different needs. They possess a genuine interest in the welfare of the people they support and strive to always empower each person they support to become more independent and involved in their local community. We ensure that our support workers understand our clients' needs before starting the service and we try to find the best compatibility match in regards to support worker for our clients depending on their care needs, interests and hobbies.
