With a background in healthcare and extensive experience in general practice management, Busi brings a unique blend of clinical understanding and operational leadership. She is also a registered NDIS provider, giving her valuable insight across both disability and aged care services.

Busi is passionate about person-centred care and believes in creating support services that are not only reliable and professional but also respectful, culturally responsive and tailored to each individual’s needs. Her focus is on building meaningful relationships with clients, families and the wider community, ensuring that every person receiving care feels valued, safe and supported.
