Supporting You With In-Home Respite Care
Being a primary carer can be rewarding, but also challenging. If you are a carer, it’s important to take time to care for yourself too. Whether you need some time off to run errands, spend time with your friends, attend appointments or just need some ‘me’ time, we’re here to help. Our Senior Helpers Support Workers can take over, giving you the time you need to rest and recuperate. We’ve got you covered.
Subsidised Respite Services
Most Senior Helpers offices are linked to your local Commonwealth Carelink and Respite Centre (CCRC), and can offer both government-subsidised and private respite services. Our Respite Care includes:
- Assistance with activities of daily living
- Assistance with personal care
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
