Our Support Workers are highly trained and skilled in age and disability support, with a specialty in Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care under our unique Senior Gems® program. Our committed management team has a wealth of professional and personal experience in the industry, and are passionate about making a positive difference in peoples’ lives.

Hiral Solanki Director

Hiral is a physiotherapist with over 16 years of experience in the aged care industry. Her career spans both home care and residential aged care, where she has worked in clinical and management roles. Throughout this journey, she has supported older adults in maintaining independence, mobility, and dignity.

She is driven by her passion to support older adults and people with disability in living the life they choose, and she strives to make a real, meaningful difference in the lives of her clients and their families.

Together with her team, Hiral is committed to delivering compassionate, personalised care and walking alongside clients on their journey toward comfort, confidence and an improved quality of life.
