At Senior Helpers, we are passionate about making a real difference in peoples’ lives. Since 2011, we’ve helped connect thousands of Australians with compatible aged care and disability care, supporting clients in their wish to remain happy and healthy in their own homes.

We’ve been an international leader in professional home care services since 2002, developing pioneering programs like our Senior Gems®, Parkinson’s Care, and Multiple Sclerosis Care programs.

Peter Ross Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

Peter co-founded SH Franchising with Tony Bonacuse in 2002 and is the current CEO of Senior Helpers. He has led the organisation to become a national leader in non-medical home care in the USA. He is also the past President of the Home Care Association of America’s board of directors.

Kylie HamiltonManaging Director

Kylie took over as Managing Director of Senior Helpers Australia in 2024. Under Kylie and Jonathan’s leadership, Senior Helpers Australia has become one of Australia’s most trusted aged care providers.

Jonathan JeynesManaging Director

Jonathan took over as Managing Director alongside Kylie in 2024. Jonathan’s deep understanding of the aged care industry makes him ideally positioned to ensure that Senior Helpers Australia offers the highest quality in care.
