Natasha has been part of the Senior Helpers family for over three years, building on her background in community services and aged care. Starting in administration and scheduling, she now oversees daily office operations of the Casey office. Affectionately known as the office “tech guru,” Natasha is the go-to for any troubleshooting. She brings a bright, bubbly energy, along with innovative thinking and a compassionate approach to supporting both her team and clients. Outside of work, Natasha loves cheering on her AFL team, enjoying a musical theatre production or diving into a new podcast.

Kathryn has been part of the Senior Helpers family for over two years, bringing 19 years of experience as a nurse, case manager, and support worker across residential and home care settings. A true asset in her dynamic role, she goes above and beyond to advocate for clients and train our care staff to deliver confident, high-quality care in the client’s home. With a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on compliance, Kathryn also brings a warm, empathetic presence to everyone she is around. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors at the beach or local walking trails with friends, family, and her toy poodle Lawson — or unwinding with a good puzzle and series.

Heather is a valued addition to the Senior Helpers family, bringing with her a wealth of experience from previous roles in both support work and administrative duties within residential aged care. She is resourceful and patient within the day-to-day duties, Heather thrives in team settings and embraces every challenge with a positive, can-do attitude. She enjoys staying active, spending time with her family and cat, and taking local weekend escapes whenever she can.
