Senior Helpers St George is dedicated to providing compatible, compassionate in-home care by understanding our client’s situation and needs. We are committed to making a real difference in people’s lives. We provide our community with care services that support them to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible.

Our Support Workers are qualified and trained in our industry-leading programs like Senior Helpers’ Senior Gems®, Parkinson’s Care and Multiple Sclerosis Care programs. We are equipped with the skills to provide tailored, professional aged care and disability support to our clients. Senior Helpers St George's Story

Senior Helpers St George is owned and operated by Suresh Shrestha and Harry Takyar who have experience in management and consumer focused services. Our team believes in caring for our clients in the same way we would hope for our family to be cared for. We highly value and respect our clients’ privacy and dignity and aim to mutually develop a comprehensive care plan focusing on improving our clients’ quality of life.

With a team consisting of diverse backgrounds, we are committed to closing communication gaps for clients where English is not their first language. We understand the challenges of a language barrier and we are focused on meeting the cultural and religious goals of all our clients.

Our leadership team shares the Senior Helpers vision and is committed to demonstrating the company’s values, setting a new standard for in-home care and customer service.

Suresh Shrestha Director

Suresh brings years of experience in management and customer service. His focus for Senior Helpers St George is to provide the community with an exceptional in-home care solution, while making a positive difference to the lives of the clients he works with. With his leadership and operational skills, Suresh supports the team through the administrational workings of the business.

Harry Takyar Director

Harry has a long history working in the St George community. His commitment and passion for his community has always been centred around the people within it. Harry is focused on supporting seniors in celebrating their life by providing them with quality and compatible care in the comfort of their own homes.
